To Kill a Mocking Bird is a very meaning full show. I last week Sunday, March 7 2010 my literature class went to national library to watch this show called “To kill a Mocking Bird.” This show’s general idea is to teach us not to judge by the cover of something. I think this show is a very meaning full show. As this original book was written in late 1900s in America, this story conducts a very meaning full lesson for everyone. Because at late 1900s peoples still have problems with whites and blacks in America.
In this show I learn not to judge things with something’s cover. Atticus Finch, a lawyer who helped anyone without any profit. He is a white man but he didn’t look down on any one even on blacks. In the story he helped a black guy who had been alleged for rapping a white man’s daughter. But it turn out in a failure but this tell us that black have no power even thought they are innocent. In this story, I found many interesting morals and facts that we do not want to be honest with.
In this show, actors and actress sound awkward with their fake accent. I think people from native would act better and it will make this show really interesting and pull more attention from audience. I think this is a great show overall, I would like to watch it again with native actors.
